Vilniaus Paukštynas got national quality certificate
The poultry company Vilniaus Paukštynas was the first Lithuanian chicken grower and poultry producer to get a certificate entitling it to label its products with the ‘National Quality Lithuania’ label (Nacionalinė Kokybė Lietuva).
The ‘National Quality Lithuania’ label certifies that the quality of the products exceeds the safety, animal welfare and health and environmental requirements set by the European Union (EU) and national legislation for these products.
When consumers see the ‘National Quality Lithuania’ label, they are sure that this poultry meat meets a higher standard: it is produced without antibiotics, exclusively from local farms, and with the highest level of animal welfare.
